My Wellness Guide for Medicare Members

Healthfirst now offers Medicare members their own Wellness Guide to use as a personal checklist to track preventive screenings, vaccinations, and other services.

 

Share your Wellness Guide with your doctor at your next exam to determine which services you need and how often.
