Hunt’s Point Closure
After forty-five plus years of providing comprehensive health care services to the residents of the South Bronx community, Healthfirst would like to inform you that Hunt’s Point Multi-Service Center, Inc. Dr. Ramon S. Velez Health Center located at 754 East 151st Street, Bronx, New York has closed effective 2/1/2013. This facility will no longer provide medical, pediatric or laboratory services.
We are working hard to ensure that all members and provider who are affected by this announcement continue receive our support and assistance during this transition.
