How to Pay Your Healthfirst Bill Online

Save time and postage by paying your Healthfirst bill online. With ePaybill from Healthfirst NY, you can check your account and make payments without calling, coming to our offices, or sending mail.

 

To pay your bill online, follow the steps listed below. It’s safe, secure, and quick.


How to Use ePaybill: Step-by-Step Instructions

1.

 

On the first Healthfirst ePaybill page, please “enroll” (sign up) if you are a new member, or login if you have already enrolled.

    a. To enroll:
     
    i. Fill out your Healthfirst account number and your Zip Code.
    ii. Review and accept ePaybill’s terms and conditions.
    iii. Then click on the “Enroll Now” button.
       
  b. To login:
     
    i. Type your email address and your password in the appropriate boxes.
    ii. Click on the “Login” button.
2. When you have logged in, you will be directed to an Account Summary page. You will see your account number, bill date, amount due, and due date. From there, you may click on “Pay Now” or “Add Automatic Payment”.
   
3. The “Pay Now” button directs you a new screen where your account billing information is displayed along with your next due date and payment date. From here, you should:
  a. Select a bank or credit card account from which to pay your bill.
  b. Type in the payment amount and date of payment.
  c. Click the “Pay Now” button.
   
4. If you choose the “Add Automatic Payment” button, you will be directed to a new screen where you can set up payment schedules, amount, and length of payment schedule. ePaybill will then automatically make payments for you, unless you stop the service.
   
5. On the left side of the screen, you’ll find navigation buttons for:
  a. Account Summary
  b. Payment History
  c. Manage Profile
  d. Contact Us
  e. Terms & Conditions
  f. Log Out

 

From this panel, you can completely control your Healthfirst account.
