Healthfirst offers different plans and programs for children, adults, families, and seniors. Each plan or program has different requirements, such as the person’s age and monthly income level. Each plan or program also pays for different services (or “benefits”), like doctor visits, tests, and medicines.

How do I know which plan is right for me?
We offer lots of different health insurance choices. Take a look at our plans for children, adults, families, and seniors. If you have questions, give us a call. We’ll help you find the plan that’s right for you or your family member.

Contact us to apply for your Healthfirst plan or program – online, by phone, or in person. It’s your choice.

It only takes a few minutes to start the process with Healthfirst. You can:

• Visit a Healthfirst office in your neighborhood and talk to a representative.
• Contact Us and ask for a Healthfirst representative to meet with you.

For some Healthfirst plans and programs, you will need to make a monthly payment (or “premium”) to stay insured. It’s important to make all payments on time. You can make payments online, by phone, or at any Healthfirst office in your neighborhood.

Please Note: You must live in New York City, Long Island, or Westchester (Medicare SNP members only) to keep your health insurance. If you are moving or have other questions about your health insurance, give us a call to make sure you understand your health plan or program details.
