Healthfirst Welcomes Neighborhood Health Providers

Neighborhood Health Providers (“NHP”) is now part of the Healthfirst family of companies. As of June 1, 2013, all NHP members are now members of Healthfirst.

New members coming from NHP will now use Healthfirst network doctors. As a participating provider in the Healthfirst network, your contractual relationship with Healthfirst remains the same. You will continue to follow the same Healthfirst contract and claim submission process, fee schedules and capitation agreements, and you will continue to work with Healthfirst hospitals, provider groups, and panel membership.

For any outstanding NHP authorization or claims issues with dates of service prior to June 1, 2013, please contact NHP Provider Services at 1-800-558-7970Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
