HEALTHFIRST SPONSORS PIX11 HEALTH & WELLNESS EXPO

NEW YORK, NY,October 24, 2012 – Healthfirst is sponsoring the second annual PIX11 Health & Wellness Expo at the Jacob Javits Convention Center on Saturday, October 27 from 11:00am-5:00pm.  The day-long expo will feature top health care experts in fitness, wellness and disease prevention, as well as health seminars, screenings, fitness classes, book signings and giveaways for attendees of all ages to to enjoy.

Healthfirst will present a special training class with fitness instructor, Leo Wright, who will teach a 30-minute martial arts based “Kick Hopping” Class from 1:00pm-1:30pm.

Expo attendees can register for the class at the WPIX booth upon entering the expo. Following the class, Leo will host a meet-and-greet session at the Healthfirst Healthy Living booth #231. Free massages will also be available to all booth visitors throughout the day. Leo is a group fitness, boot camp and spin instructor who has developed exercise programs for elite gyms in New York City including NY Health & Racquet Club, Crunch and Manhattan Plaza.
