Healthfirst Offices
Healthfirst’s corporate headquarters are at 100 Church Street in New York City. In addition to 100 Church Street, we also have main offices located in Newark, New Jersey, and Lake Mary, Florida. Healthfirst also provides service and support through several smaller community offices located throughout New York and New Jersey.
