Family Health Plus - Plan Summary

Not qualified for Medicaid? You may still be able to apply for Family Health Plus.

If you are an adult age 19 to 64 years old with income too high to qualify for Medicaid, you may be able to sign up for Family Health Plus, a public health insurance program. Family Health Plus is available to single adults and couples without children who are residents of New York State. You must also be a United States citizen or fall under one of many immigration categories to apply for Family Health Plus.

Family Health Plus provides full health coverage, including:

• Checkups
• Hospital visits
• Emergency care
• Medicines
• And other services
