What is covered by Healthfirst Family Health Plus?
Also called “benefits,” here are a few of the health services covered by Healthfirst Family Health Plus:
- Health screenings, such as blood tests or x-rays, to catch health problems early so they are easier to treat
- Prescription drugs
- Hospital services – both inpatient and outpatient
- Emergency care
- Birth control and family planning
- Mental health services (some limits apply)
- Alcohol and drug abuse treatment (some limits apply)
- Dental, vision, speech, and hearing care
