Employee Committee
The Employee Committee’s mission is to provide Healthfirst staff with opportunities to participate in charitable and social events while fostering employee morale.
Charity/Fundraising: Through the efforts of the committee and the generosity of our employees, Healthfirst has donated time, and collected money and supplies to support various charitable organizations and relief efforts. Some of our most notable donations include:
- Haiti Earthquake Relief
- City Harvest
- NY Cares Day
- China (Yunnan Province) Earthquake Relief
Social, Team-Building & Entertainment: We promote a culture of camaraderie and respect through the coordination of various events and activities outside of work—frequently including our families. Some of the most popular events of the past include:
- Theater Nights – West Side Story, In The Heights, Jersey Boys
- Family Events – Mets game, Florida Family Picnic, Cirque Du Soleil, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, private movie previews
- Sports Events/Leagues – softball, basketball, bowling, golf
