We can help you pick from several different Medicare Advantage health plans so you can get the coverage you need. You can choose a plan with or without prescription drug coverage. If you qualify for Medicaid, we also have Medicare Advantage plans that will work with Medicaid to give you the extra coverage you need.

This plan is for: Medicare beneficiaries who do not qualify for extra financial help.

Healthfirst Coordinated Benefits Plan (HMO)
This plan is for: Medicare beneficiaries who need a Medicare Advantage program, but get prescription drug coverage from another source or do not need prescription drug coverage.
This plan does not include prescription drug coverage. To make sure your medicines and health supplies are covered, you should receive prescription drug coverage from sources other than Medicare Part D (e.g., Veterans’ Administration).
