Healthfirst CompleteCare (HMO SNP) is our Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) Special Needs Plan (SNP) that combines Medicare and Medicaid benefits with added long-term care services.
Don’t lose your health insurance! Make sure you know what you need to do to stay insured.
For some Healthfirst plans, you will need to make a monthly payment (or “premium”) to stay insured. It’s important to make all payments on time. You can make payments online, by phone, or at any Healthfirst office in your neighborhood.
